MEETINGS

Date and Time: Saturday, September 25, 2:00-4:45

Event: Sally Fallon Morell, MA, will speak to us about how we may rebuild our health with diets which respect our food sensitivities and still rebuild our bodies, including our immune systems. There will be opportunities for interaction around your questions and answers. Sally's orientation is to help us fill our nutritional needs from whole, unprocessed nutritionally dense foods if possible. She understands how the priorities of the processed food industry conflict with our needs to heal from fresh farm produce and dairy products. Raw milk and colostrum contain transfer factors that enable the recovery of immune systems damaged by chemicals. We are truly honored that this remarkable woman has consented to spend time with us.

Sally Fallon Morell, MA, is founding president of the Weston A Price Foundation and founder of A Campaign for Real Milk, Mrs. Fallon Morell lectures extensively around the world on issues of health and nutrition. She is a prolific writer of numerous articles and books and serves as editor of Wise Traditions, the quarterly journal of the Weston A. Price Foundation. In 1996, Mrs. Fallon Morell published the best-selling Nourishing Traditions: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats (with Mary G. Enig, PhD), the cookbook that launched her career in alternative health. Visit her website at www.newtrendspublishing.com.

Location: The Maryland City Library, 3501 Russett Common, Laurel, MD.

DIRECTIONS: From the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, head west on Route 198 less than 1/4 mile, then turn right at the first traffic light onto Russett Green East. Go past the Wal-Mart entrance, then turn left onto Russett Common. The library is on the left. Do not come via I-95, as Rt. 198 through Laurel is slow.

Remaining 2010 Meeting Dates:

All of these dates are Saturdays from 2-4:45.
